The i-FM Top 50 is the definitive guide to major players in the UK facilities sector.
Companies included range from management specialists to service providers. All have in common a focus on delivering non-core – but nevertheless essential - support functions to public and private organisations. Most service providers have diversified their offering over recent years in line with broader trends in the sector. For that reason, and in order to keep the list manageable, we do not include any single-service providers.
The information you will find on these pages has been derived from a variety of sources and cross-checked, usually against annual reports and in-house contacts. However, companies define and report on their business in different ways so caution should be exercised, especially in interpreting figures.
If you would like to update your entry in the Top 50, or if you believe your company should be included, please email us with the relevant details. Companies are included entirely at the discretion of i-FM and are not charged for entry.
i-FM has been reporting on the UK facilities management market for two decades.
