Carillion realises £16.4m from sale of PPP equity stake
Carillion is to sell its equity interest in the Darent Valley Hospital PPP concession to Barclays UK Infrastructure Fund for £5.2m in cash. The construction to support firm will also receive £11.2m in refinancing profits.
