Dalkia energy services and FM subsidiaries merge; Redfern moves to Gensler

Dalkia’s £250m energy services and FM subsidiaries have merged to meet the changing requirements of customers in the commercial and public sector markets. They will now work together under the name Dalkia Energy and Technical Services (Dalkia ETS).

Ken Roberts, managing director of Dalkia Energy & Technical Services will also become the managing director of Dalkia Workplace Services as of tomorrow. Former Dalkia Workplace Services MD Prue Redfern is to become chief operating officer at Gensler, a leading international architectural practice.

A Key Accounts Division is to be created at Dalkia under Mike Blanco, who will become key accounts director and will join the executive of Dalkia ETS. He will consolidate the services management and delivery capacities of Dalkia Workplace Services together with those of Dalkia ETS where he already serves major customers.

An Integrated Business Development Team will also be created, reporting directly to Dalkia plc’s chief executive, Laurent Bermejo, and consolidating development resources from all the Dalkia branches.
