The new Xerox European Customer Support Centre at Ballycoolin
is officially opened this week, and Sulzer Infra, one of the companies
which assisted in making it possible, has announced that it is opening
up its capabilities to the Irish marketplace.
Sulzer Infra has acted as client representative and facility
managers for the development of the new Xerox Centre at the IDA Business
Park. During the development of the centre, Sulzer Infra has been working
alongside the Xerox Europe management team to establish the globally applied
outsourcing model deployed by the corporation.
The company's work representing Xerox Europe throughout
the fast-track development of the Ballycoolin centre and the ongoing management
of the facility has laid the foundations for Sulzer Infra to bring the
benefits of its approach to the wider Irish marketplace.
"Our ambition is to become a market leader in Ireland
providing outsourced operational facilities management with all its support
activities," said Mike Cairney, director of projects for Sulzer Infra.
