Johnson Controls has won a contract from AEA Technology plc (AEAT) worth
£25 million. The contract includes the provision of a full range
of facilities management services, including building maintenance and
cleaning services.
Johnson Controls will be responsible for managing a total area of 120,000-sq.
m at six AEAT sites around the UK. The agreement, which was awarded following
re-negotiation of an existing contract, will run over a minimum of six
years.
Tim Faherty, Account Director of Johnson Controls, commented: "This
contract is the result of significant investment from the AEA Technology
and Johnson Controls teams in developing the relationship, building mutual
trust and confidence and aligning objectives for the future."
And the winner is
The Collier Erdman Lewis Corporate Services team has won the NACORE &
IDRC UKs Corporate Real Estate Advisor of the Year award. They were
nominated after working on behalf of Black & Decker, Viatel and Cisco
Systems. The team has been commended for providing innovative solutions
for corporate service clients.
