Staveley Industries, parent of facilities services company Integral,
sold its principal business British Salt to US Salt last week for £80m.
The sale marks the penultimate phase of Staveley's break-up, which will
eventually see it return cash to shareholders. Staveley is seeking buyers
for the remaining services division which includes the facilities management
business, fire protection and testing activities.
The last published figures show Integral with turnover of £70m and around
1,400 staff.
