Services will become a division of Caxton.
Kier FM Services is part of Kier Western and both are part of the Kier
Group. Kier FMs offers planned and reactive maintenance programmes
and small works to a number of major companies, most particularly in the
retail and service sectors. The transfer includes the shop-fitting and
joinery business, which is an integral part of Kier FM Services, which

South Wales and Southern England.
The transfer of Kier FM Services to Caxton will allow Kier Western to
concentrate on its core business, construction.

Directors. Clive Thomas, Chairman and Managing Director of Caxton FM,
comments: "I am delighted that we have appointed Roger, who, as a

the Kier FM Service together with other contracts, will have a turnover
of £25million.
