Cavell Management Services, the insurance services company,
has announced the launch of a new workplace solutions division, known
as Hemera, which offers fully managed office relocation and refurbishment
services.
The new division, launched last week, has been developed
using in-house resources and previously managed Cavell's own properties
in Norwich and London for the past 20 years. Following enquiries as to
whether the group's workplace solutions expertise was available to external
clients, Hemera was set up to satisfy the demand. The company has already
undertaken projects for several blue chip companies.
Hemera's team of workplace solutions experts offers a single
source refurbishment and relocations package tailored to individual customer
needs. Hemera's project manager will help the customers with their needs,
whether it's an internal reorganisation, office relocation or a complete
refurbishment.
Hemera Manager, Phil Middleton, comments: "For us, it was
a simple case of supply and demand. We identified a widespread need for
the services we had been previously supplying internally and decided to
share our expertise and assist other businesses by offering solutions
to their workplace problems."
