Catalyst is currently collaborating with some of the UK's leading thinkers on management, property and design to develop a new programme for senior decision-makers, planners and researchers.

The Catalyst "Futures Forum" is not a conventional training programme, but a series of short, sharp workshops designed to explore new ideas and research, challenge conventional thinking and connect senior client managers with professionals and specialists.

Each one-day session will focus on a different area of emerging concern, ranging from workplace flexibility, to buildings and e-commerce learning the lessons of PFI/PPP, the challenge of performance management and the growing pressures of the environmental agenda.

The programme will start in London on 14th April with "The Flexible Workplace: Friend or Foe?" The one-day programmes will provide a unique opportunity to explore the myths about design, management and the modern workplace.
