Eurest Sutcliffe has been awarded a three year extension
to its contract with Bristol & West under which it provides catering
for 1,100 staff at the companys new premises at Temple Quay in
Bristol. The company has managed the catering at the banks offices
in the city centre and its admin centre for eight years.
The contract extension will include the provision of a main restaurant
service, a deli bar and a shop selling various items as well as providing
a dry cleaning and photo developing service. Eurest will also provide
corporate hospitality for 18 serviced meeting rooms, a 160-seater auditorium
and the board room.
Eurest plans to provide menus via the staff Intranet and a cashless
system has already been introduced to speed up customer flow.
Commenting on the contract, facilities manager at Bristol & West
John Peverall, said: Following a re-tender of the service, we
decided to extend our contract with Eurest Sutcliffe because of their
commitment to customer satisfaction, value for money, and the strong
working relationship we had developed with the management team.
