Global outsourcing company Trammell
Crow Savills has made several strategic appointments. Keith Hamer
is to be Operations Director, with responsibility for existing UK contract
operations and for the ongoing development of the companys operational
base in the EMEA region.
He joins TCS from Sulzer Infra CBX and has previously worked for Serco,
Aqumen and Amey. His move to TCS allows him to adopt a more global perspective:
At TCS I will have the opportunity to use my experience to assist
the company in growing a unique facilities outsourced business with
a global reach.
Max Bowyer joins TCS as IT Director, charged with implementing
next generation technologies within the outsourcing environment.
Max has worked for a number of leading edge companies including Metapack,
the e-commerce logistics company and Sterpack, where he supported the
development and operation of cinema multiplexes across Europe. He gained
real estate experience as Chief Information Officer for EMEA at CB Hillier
Parker.
Steven Hyder has been appointed Real Estate Manager for the southern
region at TCS. He will manage the transactions for the American Express
account and will also be responsible for strategic space planning and
developing accommodation strategies for the individual country markets.
Before joining TCS, Steven spent 18 years with NatWest as an Estate
Manager travelling extensively overseas.
TCS is also strengthening its marketing team. Angie Houston has been
promoted to a new cross functional role as Strategic Development Director
(SDD) with responsibility for global marketing strategy development
and management, brand management and industry tracking.
A well known figure on the FM scene, Angie has been TCS marketing manager
since the formation of the company, building upon her experience with
the former FM company, Trigon, now incorporated into TCS. Previously,
she was Marketing Manager at CBX (now Sulzer Infra CBX) and before that
was part of the team at the Centre for Facilities Management.
Sarah Berresford joins TCS as Marketing Manager from BT Properties where
she fulfilled the same role from 1996. Having conceived the BT Property
Marketing department and developed it, she was responsible for the delivering
the marketing strategy for the much-publicised rationalisation of BT's
property portfolio.
