Serviced office provider Regus has signed a £25M contract with Ericsson
for the provision of standardised telecoms technology across its business
centres.
It boasts that customers can now operate worldwide and receive consistent
support for both fixed and mobile networks.
The global agreement enables Regus to purchase Ericsson systems and services
at competitive rates within a standardised pricing structure. Also included
are e-commerce facilities for handling orders and access to dedicated
Ericsson project managers for implementation.
Regus now has 240 sites in 45 countries and claims to be the world's
largest operator of business centres. Its deal with Ericsson, in fact
excludes the US, where Regus is negotiating with other suppliers.
