The Cabinet Office is tendering a facilities management contract for services currently carried out in-house as well as by FM provider Serco - which provides services such as security and cleaning for the Cabinet Office.

Covering 12 buildings the multi-million pound contract will include services such as office services, catering, visitor reception and meeting room bookings as well as hard services for plant, mechanical and electrical requirements, in conjunction with an asset management system.
