Cushman & Wakefield has elected John C Santora as
the executive vice president of asset services, covering facilities,
property and project management, as well as strategic agency services.
Santora who joined C&W in 1977 and has won several real estate awards,
will be responsible for global coordination of the firm's asset services
operations ensuring consistent, quality service throughout the world.
He is a member of the board of directors of the Business Integration
Group (BIG), which provides web-based real estate portfolio and facilities
management solutions for clients as well as a member of the firm's board
of directors and the Global Management Committee.
"John's experience, character and dedication to C&W clients
makes him an outstanding leader and an important member of the team,"
said the companys CEO Arthur J Mirante II.
Three real estate professionals have also been elected to the C&W
board of directors: Andrew L Ghertner, Christopher J Lowery and Edward
J Weiss
