with West Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust under which Ecovert
Group will provide total facilities management services for an initial
period of 33 years once construction is complete.

once all buildings are fully operational in 2006. Ecovert will provide
services such as M&E, waste management, life cycle management, catering,
cleaning, portering and security.

sq m (215,000 sq ft) acute hospital, refurbish several buildings and
provide non-clinical services.

are delighted to have signed the contract for this scheme. This contract
will strengthen our activities in the healthcare sector where we are
already part of another consortium constructing a new hospital in Barnet,
Hertfordshire and currently providing facilities management services."
l Lincolnshire County Council has selected FocusEducation as
the preferred bidder for its £75m PFI schools programme. FocusEducation,
a consortium comprising Bovis Lend Lease and Halifax, will design, finance,

the financing for the project.
Bovis Lend Lease Facilities Management will provide catering, cleaning
and maintenance services for the 30 year concession period and Bovis
