Marylebone Warwick Balfour, the developer of serviced offices,
has had "informal talks" with Liberty about acquiring space in its flagship
building on Regent Street.
The news comes following an announcement on Friday that
the struggling Liberty is in talks with more than one unnamed bidder.
Liberty's property assets are valued at £44m, but redevelopment would
be difficult - the Grade II listed Tudor-style building is a local landmark.
MWB BusinessExchange (MWB), a division of Marylebone Warwick
Balfour Group plc, was formed in 1997 and is now the second largest serviced
office operator in the UK.
