David King, chairman and chief executive of AIM listed Interior
Services Group, told yesterday's AGM that the company had made significant
progress in line with its strategy of improving the "quality and
visibility of income" through facilities partnering and corporate
PFI projects.
Eurica, ISG's facilities
management and operations company, has concluded an agreement with a major
US Corporate to provide a total range of outsourced services at two sites.
This is just the first stage of a £50m roll out programme which
could see 10 sites established in the UK and continental Europe. Eurica
will be responsible for finding the sites, identifying the funding, getting
the buildings designed, built and fitted out, and will go on to manage
them for a 10 year term.
A financial services company has also chosen to outsource property and
facilities management to Eurica, again for an intial 10 years.
ISG's Interior business has agreed terms with a major corporate plc to
be one of four partners involved in an estimated £500m of fit out/refurbishment
work on a framework agreement over the next five years.
" As always, there is work to do but we have started the new financial
year strongly, with our performance well in line with our projections,"
David King told shareholders.
