real estate services firm will provide facility management, accounting
and project management services covering around 204,000 sq m and 51 properties

corporate clients. Swanstrom will take charge of the Lucent portfolio.
"This represents a significant expansion of our relationship with
Lucent, which has included international brokerage activities for many
years," said Cushman & Wakefield President and CEO Arthur J.
Mirante II: "It is anotherexample of a major multinational turning
to a global real estate expert with the ability to provide the highest
quality, fully integrated real estate services."
