Citex has been awarded a contract to provide consultancy services under
a framework contract for The Court Service in England and Wales over a
three to five year period.
The contract, which started last month, will see Citex providing a range
of technical, financial and FM consultancy, primarily in relation to PFI
and Private Developer Schemes.
Citex currently provides PFI advisory services to the Northern Ireland
Courts Service including the successful Belfast Courts Complex procured
through the PFI process.
Meanwhile, Stewart Rix has been appointed Managing Director of Citex Consulting.
He will be responsible for the development of Citexs existing consulting
team, comprising the recruitment of new people and the addition of services
through acquisition.
Prior to his appointment, Stewart held a consultative role working within
Railtrack where he advised on the use of alliancing and collaborative
working methods.
Stewart Rix commenting on his appointment, said that the distinction between
Citex and leading management consultancies was the company's ability to
also deliver. "I look forward to the challenge of this new position,
working to develop relationships with key decision makers inside top organisations
within both the public and private sectors," he added.
