Leeds County Council has signed a £35m PFI deal with a John Mowlem led consortium, to build and operate seven new schools as well as manage the financing over 29 years.
Brian Walker, Leader Councillor of Leeds City Council said: "The new schools will provide flexible and adaptable accommodation for use both by the schools and their local communities. They will also provide a wide range of community facilities, including information technology."
