EC Harris has been appointed by Synergia 99 to provide
facilities management support at the Polish Gdansk Shipyard – the
company’s first FM contract ever in Poland.
As part of the regeneration project, EC Harris will share its skills
and knowledge with Synergia 99’s in-house team, to enable them
to undertake property management of the 73-storey, 730,000 sq m (73
ha) site.
Peter Maitland at EC Harris in Poland said: “FM is only just starting
to be understood here. This appointment will help confirm our credentials
in FM for the Polish market and allow us to build awareness of this
important topic in the wider business community.”
