A prestigious In house maintenance company are seeking an electrically biased building services technician to join there established HVAC maintenance team. You will be based within a highly prestigious blue chip retail environment and have demonstratable building services engineering hands on experience.
As expected with In house opportunities this position comes with an enviable benefits package including competitive contributory pension scheme, family health care insurance, life assurance, subsidised restaurant, gym membership and a share save options scheme. The role is primarily an HVAC maintenance post requiring you to carry out PPMs & reactive maintenance to plant such as cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, calorifers, UPS system (first line response), diesel generators (first line maintenance), power distribution PDU units, lighting & emergency lighting equipment, single & three phase distribution.
You must hold industry recognised electrical qualifications (ie. City & Guilds elec part1&2 or apprentice, HNC/HND). Monday to Friday days only post operating an early / lates working pattern - 06:00 to 14:30 and 12:30 to 21:00, working 1 in 4 weekends.
